Are you ready to live your own definition of success, balance and freedom?
Are you an executive, leader or “rising star” who wants objective development feedback, support, and business-based tools to improve your performance in all areas of life? Are you unwilling to sacrifice your family relationships and personal values while you reach for your career dreams? Do you want to build a meaningful career with a clear and inspiring vision for your long-term success?
Or are you a professional woman juggling work, family, and your own needs? Are you yearning for a fresh self-identity that reflects who you are now? Do you want to parent with purpose and intention? Are you looking for guidance in creating balance and creative life solutions that are right for you and your family?
Life loves to be taken by the lapel
and told: “I’m with you kid. Let’s
go.”

What can Buoyant Life do for you?
Coaching is about life - your life. We work together to
help you live the life you really want. We investigate and
define the gap between where you are and where you want to
be, shift perspectives, challenge limiting thought
patterns, and create strategies and action steps to help
you achieve more, faster. Best of all, you’ll have fun,
learn a lot about yourself, and feel more empowered.
Sometimes the more successful you are, the more you need a
coach. I understand because I’ve been there. In my career
in the corporate world, I sought people who were not afraid
to ask me tough questions and “tell it like it is,” who
would provide me with objective, focused feedback. You’re
probably in the same boat.
I use a business-based formula to help rising stars and
business leaders become intentional leaders:
professionals who have a clear intent for a stupendous,
value-driven career balanced with a purposeful commitment
to family, friends and society. Intentional leaders
experience greater success in all areas of life, living
their own definition of success, balance, and freedom.
As we move into and through parenthood and beyond, women
now have an exciting depth and breadth of choices. I have a
passion for helping professional
women to redefine their self-identity, decide how
much and what type of work they want to do, connect with
their own passion in life, and create balance so they can
best serve themselves and their family.
Who hires a coach?
Here are just a few of the reasons people hire a coach like
me (there are many more!):
- You’re not excited about your work and want to get reinvigorated or make a change.
- You are ready to take your career to the next level
- You want strategies to create balance between work, family, and your own needs.
- You feel like you’re on the corporate treadmill - and the speed keeps getting turned up.
- You watch your colleagues burn out and worry that you might be next.
- You look at your family and realize you’re missing out on important parts of their lives.
- You have fewer people to confide in as you climb the career ladder.
- You have a successful career, but want to "downshift" for your young family. How do you do this in a way that works for you and allows you to maintain your identity?
- You’ve started your own business so you can have the flexibility and time to spend with your family but now it seems like the business has taken over.
- You’ve been a full-time parent for the past few years, and now you’re ready to go back to work, and would like to make this transition well.
- You have a good career or exciting business and a loving family, but you sometimes feel that "This isn't what I signed up for" or “Something’s missing”
- You’re in a transition in your life and have no idea what you want to do next.
- You know where you want to go in your life or career, but need a support system to get there faster.
- You want to find work you’re truly passionate about and that reflects your life purpose.
Twenty years from now you will be
more disappointed by the things you didn't do
than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines.
Sail away from the safe harbor.
Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream.
Discover.
