A Glimpse Into the Interviewer's View

Wouldn't you like to know what interviewers want to
hear when they ask you questions such as "Tell me
about yourself?" They actually don't want to know
what you like to have for breakfast. An interview,
first and foremost, is your opportunity to "sell" the
employer on yourself, your skills, and what you can
do for them, and for both you and the interviewer to
see if you will be a good fit with the company.
Remember, your goal is to get to the next step in the
process.
