Resume Services
Buoyant Life offers a range of coaching services to meet
your needs depending on your experience level:
- Early Career Jobseeker - If you have
7 years or less of work experience, we will focus on
transferrable skills, credentials, accomplishments and
where you want to go in your career to craft your resume.
▪ Mid-Career Jobseeker - If you have between 8 and 20 years of work experience, we will focus on your unique value proposition, career accomplishments/highlights and where you want to go in your career to craft your resume. We will strategize on the appropriate format and look and feel for your needs and prioritize how to present your experience for the job you want.
▪ Experienced Jobseeker - For those who have over 20 years of experience, we will focus on telling your career story in a concise and compelling way with emphasis on your greatest accomplishments for the direction you wish to take now. We will strategize on the appropriate length, look and feel, and how to present your extensive experience in a clear and focused message.
The services available vary in price based on your level of experience and the resulting time involved to develop the highest-quality resume, as well as the depth of coaching included in the package.

Assessments
Buoyant Life offers a variety of assessments to assist you
in your career goals:
- DiSC(R) - Your own customized
DiSC(R) assessment report identifies your unique
behavioral style, tendencies, needs, preferred
environment, potential strengths and weaknesses, and
strategies for effectiveness.
▪ Work Expectations - Your customized Work Expectations Profile report identifies your key expectations about your workplace, includes a summary of how well each expectation is currently being met, a gap analysis and suggestions for improving each area. - Leadership - Please contact us for
